Q1. I have no idea how long my issue will take to resolve. What should I do? No problem. Just tell us the situation, and we’ll provide an estimated time before starting.

Q2. If your support takes less than 30 minutes, do I still pay for the full 30 minutes? Yes. Our minimum billing unit is 30 minutes.

Q3. What happens if more time is needed than you initially estimated? We will always check with you first and never continue without your agreement.

Q4. Can you help with any type of request? We can handle most everyday communication and explanation-based support. However, some tasks—such as acting as a legal representative, dealing with bank procedures, or completing official documents on your behalf—may not be allowed for third parties. We always confirm what is possible before we begin working.

Q5. Why time-based pricing? Because dougal-ish is not a translation company. We support you by understanding the background, clarifying the situation, and guiding you through what to do. The required time varies depending on the case, so a time-based structure is the most fair and transparent.

Q6. Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you? No. Simply send whatever you have—a screenshot, message, or document—and we’ll review before asking questions and proceeding to the next step.
