Q1. What if I don't know how long my request will take? No problem. Just tell us the situation, and we’ll provide an estimated time before starting.
Q2. If the support finishes in under 30 minutes, do I still pay for 30 minutes? Yes. Our minimum billing unit is 30 minutes.
Q3. What happens if more time is needed during the support? We will always check with you first. We never continue without your agreement.
Q4. Can you help with any type of request? Most everyday communication and explanation-based support is possible. However, some tasks — such as acting as a legal representative, handling bank procedures, or completing official documents on your behalf — may not be allowed for third parties. We will always confirm what is possible before starting.
